English Topic

:D

It could be funny.

If it is an English topic, I think, it's not a problem, if I (want to) correct :D

"It could be funny." - it's present. It sounds like "Vicces lehet". But that writing was past. So you have to use past, instead of present :D

Anyway, I will going to do the intermediate english language exam, on Saturday morning. I was watching movies, whitch have english language. Without subtitles :D But I'm really happy, because I understand them :D Anyway, I'm really nervous about the exam. I hope, I will pass it :)

Hello everybody!

I have an english homework, and I need your help with it. :) I'm making a survey, and i need to ask people who are 20-24 or 25-35 years old. SInce i don'T need much friends in this age(or at least not in Hungary), I'm asking for your help. There are four statements, and you have to decide if you strongly agree(SA), agree(A), don't know(DK), disagree(D), or strongly disagree(SD). ALso if you discover any mistakes in the statements let me know. The point is that you must be honest, if your not that would ruin the whole survey.

So the statements are:

1, I know what is Fairtrade.

2, The well-being of developing countries is important for me.

3, It is important for me that the producers of the food I buy are paid well, and not exploited.

4, I am ready to pay more for products what were made in the respect of human right.

If you answer please write down your age as well. Thank you for helping me, it counts me a lot :D

I know that it's an English topic but I have a question. How do I say that: "Kívánom hogy minnél hamarabb gyógyulj meg!" in English? I'm writing an e-mail but I can't figure it out how to write it.

"Speedy recovery!".It means:Gyors gyógyulást.I would use this. :)

Or you can use:"I wish recover quickly from the illness!".I hope I wrote well. :)

Ah that's incorrect grammatically. I wish you to recover quickly from the illness (but this is more like "Azt kívánom/Szeretném, hogy gyorsan gyógyulj ki a betegségedbõl" so) this would sound better: I wish you quick recovery from the illness. But you can wish "Jobbulást" in English about a 100 ways, just like in Hungarian.

Hmm... I didnt even know that elementary level english exams still exist. Anyway, I think first of all you should learn the grammar level they will expect from you. Then you should prepare for the oral part of the exam by enlarging your vocabulary and creating an English sketch in your brain about the topics you'll need to talk about.

Actually, you're wrong. "I wish you speedy recovery" is totally correct and used extensively.

My english teacher's statements are just like weather: they always change :D

First she affirmed that our advanced level laguage exam will be in June. Next week it changed to May, and 2 days ago May bacame April OR February , if we feel like that way

Like she said:" 2 months sooner or later, not if it counts" :D

And what about if I write something in Japanese (or engrish)? Am I get banned?

Can someone suggest me a good university (or something similar) at Budapest? I wanna learn English, but my mother want me to stay at the secondary school to learn for multimedia programmer. But I fucking hate my school, this shitty town, Salgótarján, and I want more life.

"Sake it up" sounds like some kind of Japanese drinking game.

I've been in UK for a week on a school trip with my classmates. WE was in quite a hurry, still I concluded I want to go back in the future. Not to mention that all my firends were there so we had a really great time, as you can imagine. :D The best was the Natural HIstory Museum, It's so enormous that a week wouldn'T be enough to watch everything about it. And we were only there for a couple of hours. SO I must visit it again :D , future is ahead me.
