pjjones Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 haha I just noticed there is an English topic :) I might post here again, so Hi everybody.
Jelan Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Oh, boy. I've gone to a school with two languages (hungarian-english) and i have 18 english lesson in a week with 5 teacher. One is my headteacher and she is very good I like her a lot. and I've got 3 american teacher who are really awesome and funny, and I can see it on their face that they learn as much from us as much we learn from them. And they enjoy it a lot. But I've got an other "hungarian" (he comes from Serbia) english teacher who sucks. Sucks really hard. In the first hour with him we had an exercise with Present Simple and Present Continous tense. My weak points, so it wasn't perfect I had 'bout 4 or 5 bad answers in it. He asked me to correct it, so I've corrected, but I haven't heard the other pupil very well so I was wrong in the corrections. And he said "Kijavítottad?" And I replied: "Igen." Then picked up my book and look at it, then he throw it to my table and said "Lószart se javítottál!" 'till this this fucktard is on me with all his power. I have to do nearly every exercise he ask me about he's stupid things "Igaz Bence?". This "teacher" is terrible, he is just a load of rubbish. I wait a week or two, then I'll go to my headteacher and tell him, that guy was a fucktard. I hate him. And not just me! All my other class mates hate him a lot! When he comes everyone says (in head of course) "Óóó, istenem... Megint ez a majom..." And when he leaves the room, we say, it. With our mouth, hehe. I've done EVERY exercise WITHOUT wrong answers and his still on me. I've done the exercise what he said very difficult and he can do it coz' he have it in his book, and i can translate, from hungarian to english and vice-versa better than any of my other classmates, so it think his problem is the next: I'm pissing his off coz' i can speak english better than him. Or maybe his just a human thrash. I dunno.
Arwy Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Jelan: ewww... he's an asshole... I've been going to an Enlish course since August... if everything's gonna go as we planned, then my advanced level English exam is going to be in January :) edit: and I have 7 German classes per week, 3 beginner and 4 advanced... it's not that easy, but it's ok   Awww, lots of words to learn, both English and German...
SasOri-Sama Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Wow, now that teacher must be one epic jackass. :/ Must be really crap for you. Last year I had 18 english lessons a week too (but with 4 teachers) but now I only have 7 this year. Instead, I have 4 russian lesson. :D By the way, "school with two languages" is called bilingual school. :) If you pay attention this year, you'll be able to do the intermediate hands down, no problem. One of my teachers said that I should try the superlative exam this year, but I will probably wait till 11th class, because my intermediate (ECL) was incredibly easy, I scored over 90% (I didn't say this because i'm cocky, it's because that exam was this easy!) so I'll probably try a Cambridge CPE exam. Arwy: Good Luck with the intermediate, even though you probably won't have any problems with it. ;)

Thanks I always to forget to ask it from the teacher :) . And I wanted to learn Russian as a second language, but I can learn german only. It's okay, too, but I would like to learn Russian much better. Or finnish :D .
SasOri-Sama Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 no, it's not intermediate, i said "advanced level", it's the same as superlative Oops. :o I'm sorry then, my mistake. :) Jelan: Finnish would be awesome too, or japanese. But russian is fine too. :) Even though it's really hard.

Or finnish :D . yeah, I did my entrance examination 2 years ago to the school I'm going now, and the prospectus said that we can choose from German and French... at least half the class wanted to learn French (even I did), and then it turned out that nobody talked about it with the only one French teacher at the school, so we didn't have any options ... <_<
Jelan Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Jelan: Finnish would be awesome too, or japanese. But russian is fine too. :) Even though it's really hard. Y'know i would like to go out into Finland :) .

I would recommend someone to create a topic, where Russian is commonly spoken. As I see, we are not alone... For instance, I'm also a (half) russian native speaker.
BajuszGG Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 You are lucky B) :( I've no language lessions (except the hungarian)... I've the language exams, the final exams so I've about 10 free lessions a week :( Cruel... So, I began to learn Russian B) That's called the "second german lessons" [sm52]
