I can imagine trust me...that's why I respect them so much and that's why I'd be proud if could be one of them. Because then I could say....yeah, I AM SOMEONE who's better than the average people.

I can imagine, cause last summer I tried those things: I ran hours, I slept 4-5 hours per a day, I did excersises, I did many things they do at the booth camp, and hell...I was half-dead after 3 days. So I started to train harder, and I think I'm still weak, but I keep workin on it, and I wont give up...

I know how hard it is...I know all the things they do at booth camp, and I know I can't do many things from them, but I'm training for this, so maybe I could do those things one day, and I'll be good enough to be one of them. Until then...I keep training.

And you go to a war, and you'll hate shit like this.

Live there, work hard and you'll have a wife and children

or

you go to war and die in the battlefield. Or you'll walk cross a trapmine and lose your legs. But you have a medal B) Yeah.

I've almost forgotten it: somewhere (I'm too lazy to find that post) Tiru wrote that when he will be a soldier he will do something while others just sit and watch tv etc. I would say there are many other forms for 'doing something' for your country or for the society. I'll be a cultural anthropologyst (or I hope so I will be) so I will do something too: help to solve ethnical and cultural conflicts, for example. Maybe anthropologysts can prevent violent conflicts among ethnical groups - without soldiers. I don't say it's always true but I think if we get understand and know theese groups, we will be able to prevent many violence.

But not just anthropologysts, social workers, teachers and so many other can do something for society.
